How do I schedule a cleaning service and when can I expect to get a confirmation?

Scheduling a cleaning service with us is simple. You can either call our office through our website. Our friendly team will work with you to find a convenient time for your cleaning appointment. You will get a confirmation via email or text as soon as we select a suitable home cleaner for your requirement.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Indeed, we provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, for recurring customers with specific preferences, such as eco-friendly products or particular fragrances, we’re often able to meet these requests. Alternatively, some clients may opt to supply their own cleaning materials and equipment.

When will I be charged for my service?

Our process involves the cleaners arriving at your location to conduct a preliminary walkthrough before beginning the cleaning service. After the cleaning is completed, you’ll have the opportunity to do a final inspection. To reserve your appointment, we require a credit card on file, but please note that you won’t be charged until after the final walkthrough and once you’ve spoken with a team member post-cleaning.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
